We are committed to providing reliable and efficient shipping services for our customers. Please review the information below regarding shipping methods, delivery policies, address changes, and shipping limitations before placing your order.

Shipping Destinations

At this time, we are unable to ship outside of the United States. Orders can only be shipped within the USA.

Shipping Methods & Costs

Our shipping days are Monday through Friday. We offer free ground shipping on all small parcel orders over $199. This offer is limited to items below 70lbs that meet certain size and packaging constraints.
Items that cannot be shipped via small parcel Ground do not qualify for the free shipping promotion, and shipping costs for these excluded items will be calculated at checkout. Freight & Truck Line shipments are not considered Ground shipping. Free shipping is automatically applied to qualifying orders at checkout.

Shipping Address Changes

To help protect against fraudulent activity and rerouted shipments, we are unable to change the shipping address after an order has shipped.

If you need to change the delivery address for your purchase, please contact us as soon as possible. If possible, we will have the carrier return the shipment back to our warehouse, and a refund will be processed for your purchase. The customer will then need to place a new order with the correct delivery address.

Missing or Stolen Packages

Once a package has been marked as successfully delivered by the carrier, we are unable to provide refunds for missing orders or packages that may have been stolen from the delivery location.

International Shipping

We do not currently offer international shipping services. All orders must be shipped within the United States.
